Sender: TΛPΛT Holdings, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation.

All messages are sent from a TΛPΛT-registered toll-free or short code number. We do not use personal mobile numbers to send SMS.

Types of Messages You'll Receive

TΛPΛT sends only transactional messages related to your account activity. We do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typical active users receive fewer than 30 messages per month. OTP messages are sent only when you request them — usually at sign-in or when confirming a sensitive action. Transaction and security messages are sent only when the triggering event occurs.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. TΛPΛT does not charge you for receiving SMS messages. Your carrier may charge you for receiving text messages depending on your plan. Check with your carrier for details.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You may opt out of TΛPΛT SMS messages at any time by:

Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use TΛPΛT. You may continue to receive email-based verification codes and notifications if you have email notifications enabled.

Supported Carriers

TΛPΛT SMS messages are supported on major wireless carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Google Fi, Globe Telecom, Smart Communications, DITO Telecommunity, and regional carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. TΛPΛT is not responsible for delays caused by your carrier, device, coverage area, or network conditions.

Privacy

Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the types of messages described in this policy. Mobile opt-in data, consent records, and phone numbers are not shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is not sold, rented, or licensed.

Changes to This Policy
